RECENT UPDATES IN FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE
The centre is situated at Dr.John Matthai Centre ,Laloor a suburban Village five Kilometers from the heart of Thrissur. The centre has sufficient infrastructure facilities as Principal Room,Office,Guest room ,Staff room,Common rooms ( Boys and Girls), Seminar Hall,MultiPurpose Hall, Physical Education and Yoga room Library , Computer lab, Psychology lab,Science lab, Classrooms, Smart classes, Art and Caft room etc
MATHEMATICS LAB
The Centre has sufficient facilities for exploring Mathematical concepts.The important materials are Frustum, Fraction Skit,Algebra Tiles,Pipes and Connectors,Jodo Blocks etc
ART AND CRAFT RESOURCE CENTRE
The Centre has adequate facilities for creating Socially Useful Productive Work.The centre provides ample space for expressing the innermost emotions and the world around them
LIBRARY
The centre has a well equipped library .The resources include books, journals, encyclopedias, periodicals, news papers etc.The library has a comfortable reading room with a seating capacity of 25. It remains open on all working days.The centre has now availing e-resources from CHMK Library , University of Calicut through Remote Access Login.
ICT LAB
The centre has a good ict lab with sufficient number of laptops and desk top computers.It provides internet access through high speed Broad Band connectivity.
Students are divided into small groups based on their optional subjects and each student gets sufficient time to use the computer.
SCIENCE LAB
The centre is facilitated by a well organized Science Laboratory for demonstrating and doing experiments.. It provides first-hand experience of conducting investigations. The science lab is equipped with the wide range of equipments, chemicals, electronic gadgets, charts and models, specimens, permanent slides and other improvised learning aids.
HEALTH AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION RESOURCE CENTRE
The centre has provision for doing Health and Physical Education related activities. The important items in the resource centre are Carrom board, Chess board, Khyati hooda loop etc. The centre has adequate space for Yogic practices also.
