“Reading is dreaming with open eyes”

                          A library is not only a collection of materials, books or media but also actualised for extensive Information gathering of various subjects/disciplines in different forms. It is responsible for housing updated information in order to meet the user needs on a daily basis.

                         At Calicut University Teacher Education Centre, Valapad   the Library comprises of a spacious hall with seating capacity for 25 students as well as space for arranging books for easy access of data. The Library provides open access to its documents and any member can browse through the collections. Subject wise arrangement of documents are followed here. The Library consist of Subject books, Reference books, Encyclopeadias, Periodicals, Magazines, Educational Journals etc. The Library also provide a facility to its  users for accessing the E-Resources of CHMK Library of Calicut University.
